The Providence Crabs downed the Outer Banks Aviators, 8-4, at The Island. Grayle Traveler led the way, going 3-for-5 for Providence. Providence is now 15-9, Outer Banks 15-9.

With Providence leading 1-0 in the top of the third, Traveler hit a curveball from Joseph Mathys Hendry for a solo home run. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Crabs ahead, 2-0.

"We've got a great group of guys," Traveler said, "and we're having fun right now."
