Florida Tops Chicago Again, 3-0
|
Starter Baron Samedi was sensational for the Florida Flamingos in his team's 3-0 triumph over the Chicago Kingpins in Game 2 of the World Series today. Samedi pitched well, but Florida picked up the win to take a 2-0 lead in the series.
P.J Prosper, the 20-year old catcher , had a direct impact on the outcome. Prosper contributed a 2-run single in the top of the ninth inning to put Florida up, 3-0.
"The hot tub feels extra good after a solid win," said Samedi.
Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday at The Mound in Providence.
