Vancouver registered a win at The Power House by beating the Buffalo Surge, 9-2. Pitcher Thor Lore was one reason why the Vandals triumphed. Lore yielded no runs over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 4 hits, walked 5, and struck out 7. His record improves to 3-1. The defeat makes Buffalo 10-21.

Vancouver used a clutch at-bat from Ashton Lansdell to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Vandals ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.
