Soggy conditions did not keep Outer Banks and San Antonio from playing their scheduled game.

In a tight tilt between the Outer Banks Aviators and the San Antonio Sloths, Sniper King was the deciding factor. The Outer Banks right-hander spearheaded the 3-2 win. Zach Voss picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 3-1. Cybernetically Enhanced RoboDibble, who finished 2nd in the Legends in saves with 16 last year, was tagged with the loss.

Ángel de la Fuerte was 1-3 for Outer Banks. The 24-year old designated hitter had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and a runner on 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Cybernetically Enhanced RoboDibble. It was his 17th RBI of the season.

"We did enough to win," said King.

The win puts Outer Banks at 12-20.
