Scorpions Roll to 9-3 Win Over Voyagers
Chazz Lamborghini helped his team muscle past the New York Voyagers, 9-3. In the game, the Death Valley catcher was 2-4 with 2 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. The win was credited to Romeo Rosas in relief. His record improves to 3-2. Retsnomekalyag Kove took the loss. The last-place Scorpions now have a win-loss record of 17-20.

Lamborghini contributed a big hit, a 2-run double, for Death Valley in the bottom of the second. With his team trailing 1-0, Lamborghini took a fastball from Retsnomekalyag Kove and stroked the double to right. His 9th double of the season allowed the Scorpions to leap in front, 2-1.

In postgame comments to the Death Valley News, Lamborghini said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
