The New Orleans Rougarous went home winners at The Brickyard, thanks in large part to starter Brian Eshleman III. Eshleman III stifled the Indianapolis Apex, enabling New Orleans to grab the 5-1 win. New Orleans has now won 4 straight.

Air Yordong had a big run-scoring double for the Rougarous in the top of the fourth inning. With New Orleans leading 1-0 and a runner on 2nd, he got a fastball from Biggus Tittious Smittious, who is the 2077 Pitcher of the Year Award winner, and swatted a double to center. It was his 7th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Rougarous ahead, 2-0.

"It was just a matter of executing," said New Orleans manager .
