San Antonio Defeats Outer Banks, 3-2

Behind a fine performance from Don Marcus, the San Antonio Sloths knocked off the Outer Banks Aviators, 3-2. Marcus hit 2 home runs for the Sloths. The save went to Martin Khan, number 1 for him. San Antonio has now won 3 in a row.
San Antonio used the timely hitting of Stuart to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Sloths on top, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Marcus told the San Antonio Gazette.
