The Louisville Lemurs locked up a win at Colby Koffman Championship Field at The Jungle, knocking off the Anchorage Wheelers, 7-2. On the mound for Louisville was left-hander Shohei Onetani. He played a major role in the triumph. Josh Harper closed out the game, earning his 1st save. The loss drops Anchorage to 0-2.
Wet Sock came through for Louisville when he hit a 2-run single in the bottom of the third. With runners on 2nd and 3rd, he hit a two-strike curveball to right field, staking his team to a 3-1 lead.
"It was a solid team effort," said Sock after the game.
