Commander Warsmoke did all he could to help his team win. In the end, though, it wasn't enough to keep the Amarillo Armadillos from losing, 5-3, to the Kansas City Hepcats at The Evil Dictator x Jose Forty-Three Best Friendship Ballpark. Warsmoke slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Juan Legacypoint, now 1-0, was credited with the win. He allowed 2 runs on 2 hits, while striking out 2 and walking 0. Skinster Mckinley earned save number 1 this season.
Early in the game, center fielder Hoy Four had a 2-run home run for Kansas City. It was his 3rd home run of the season and put the Hepcats on top, 2-0.
"I felt good up there," said Four. "I saw the ball well."
