Despite the rain, the fans at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good enjoyed a good ballgame.

Matt Buster was locked in. The right-hander led the Kansas City Hepcats to a 4-3 win against the Chicago Kingpins at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good. With the win, Kansas City elevates its record to 1-4.

The Hepcats got a big at-bat from second baseman Klemen Kamenik. For the game, Kamenik was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the bottom of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Kansas City a 4-3 lead.
