The Brew City Bears got a marvelous performance from pitcher Jack Dupp. The right-hander kept the Anchorage offense from ever getting much traction. The result was an impressive 4-0 Brew City victory at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. Brew City is now 3-3.
The Bears liked what they saw from Dupp. The 21-year- old pitcher had a commanding presence on the mound, limiting the Wheelers to no runs on 3 hits over 8 innings, and striking out 7.
"Jack's stuff looked really, really crisp," said , the Bears manager.
