Stars Win at Death Valley, 8-5

The Nashville Stars had to overcome a big game from Death Valley shortstop Y'shtola Rhul to leave Cari Price Memorial Stadium with a victory. And they did, winning, 8-5. Rhul was 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. The Stars, now 4-1, have been playing some good baseball.
Nashville won the game in part because of Eun Seong. The designated hitter ripped a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Stars ahead, 4-2. For the game, Seong had 1 double and 1 home run in 5 at-bats.
"Trying isn't good enough in this league," said Seong. "You've got to get results."
