Though he had a stellar game, Man Squatch could not prevent his team, the Louisville Lemurs, from losing, 10-6, to the Florida Flamingos. Squatch went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. Pord Larquad [BOT] snagged the win in relief. The left-hander allowed no runs on 4 hits over 4 innings. He's now 2-0 on the season. Louisville is 2-5 after the loss.

Florida needed the clutch hitting of Jimmy Lumber to seal the deal. The center fielder swatted a 3-run home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Flamingos on top, 7-6. For the game, Lumber had 1 home run and 1 single in 6 at-bats.
