The State College Swift Steeds and Florida Flamingos obliged fans looking for a good time.

The State College Swift Steeds trumped the Florida Flamingos, 7-6, at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. State College designated hitter Bazooka Slow was terrific. He went 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. The winning pitcher was Biz Kitmaker. He's now 1-1. He went 5 innings, allowing 6 runs on 9 hits for the Swift Steeds .

Slow contributed in the bottom of the third. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring single. It was one at-bat among others that helped State College get the win.
