The California Firehawks topped the Anchorage Wheelers, 3-1, in Minor League PBE action at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons. The game was highlighted by the performance of California pitcher Chuck Nasty. The win moves California to a record of 4-5.
Dirks Kryptonite, the California shortstop, contributed a 2-run single in the bottom of the second inning to make the score 3-0, Firehawks. For the game, Kryptonite was 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs.
