The Amarillo Armadillos downed the Louisville Lemurs, 9-8, in 10 innings at The Burrow Presented By Frankie's Fun Bites. Axel Babineaux led the way, going 3-for-5 for Amarillo. The winner in relief was Tayalamp Battalemo. He is now 1-1. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.2 innings. The Armadillos keep rolling, raising their record to 8-4.

The decisive blow was delivered by Kveta Vlková in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a run-scoring double off 20-year old right-handed pitcher Hank Hill to win the game for Amarillo. The home crowd went nuts.

"Winning the game is always the first objective," Vlková said.
