Bears Topple Swift Steeds , 10-5, as Bigboy Shines
The Brew City Bears defeated the State College Swift Steeds , 10-5, in part because of first baseman Bobs Bigboy. Bigboy was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 4 for the Bears. The win went to Pedro Papelbottom in relief, making him now 1-0. Ryusei Nekomata took the loss for State College. The Swift Steeds fall to 5-7 and continue their lackluster start in 2076.

In the top of the seventh, Bigboy put his team in front with his 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which came against Ryusei Nekomata, made it 6-5, Brew City.

"We swung the bats good throughout the lineup," said Brew City skipper .
