5-1 Loss Extends Brew City Losing Streak
State College pitcher Mann Person had a large part in his team subduing the Brew City Bears, 5-1. The opposition could never mount much of a rally against the right-hander. Person got the win, improving to 2-0. He gave up 7 hits and walked 2 over 7.1 innings. He allowed 1 run. Brew City, now 3-10, continues its tough start.

Faye Tafo-Felia had a big 2-run home run for the Swift Steeds in the bottom of the third inning. The result was his 4th home run of the season, which put the Swift Steeds on top, 3-0.
