The Brew City Bears beat the Amarillo Armadillos, 5-3. Brew City pitcher and The United States, native Shota Takahashi led the way. The Armadillos fall to 6-8 and continue their sputtering start to the 2074 season.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the bottom of the seventh, with the game tied, Adam-Cole Bay-Bay was at the plate when Brew City scored 1 on an error. The miscue enabled the Bears to go in front, 4-3.

Bay-Bay attributed the win to his team's "focus and intensity."
