Louisville Decked, 3-1, by Bears
|
Brew City Bears pitcher Onni Eskola was in fine form, leading his team past the Louisville Lemurs, 3-1. Picking up the save was Perry the Platypus, his 2nd. The Bears, now 10-4, have been sizzling early on.
With scoring opportunities rare, the Bears had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the second, when catcher Yes No hit a 2-run single. The single came off Matthew Huggins and made the score 2-0, Bears. No went 2 for 3 with 2 singles, while adding 2 RBI.
Brew City manager said his team played a "no nonsense" game.
