McThicc Leads Bears to 20-7 Win Over Lemurs
Brew City shortstop Thicker Thick McThicc made his presence felt in the 20-7 Bears triumph over the Louisville Lemurs. McThicc went 4 for 6 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 6. Pedro Peregrino earned the win to go to 3-0. He allowed 5 runs on 5 hits, with 1 walk and 4 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work. The Lemurs fall to 7-9 and continue their lackluster start in 2070.

The Bears got an important contribution from right fielder Patrick Eshenbaugh, who in the bottom of the second knocked a 2-2 screwball into left for a 2-run double. It was his 3rd double of the season and put the Bears ahead, 4-1.
