Florida Tumbles Again, Falls, 4-2, to Brew City
|
Brew City pitcher Pedro Papelbottom did his part in helping his team beat the Florida Flamingos, 4-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. Real Games closed it out for his 4th save. The Flamingos fall to 6-10 and continue their uneven start to the 2077 season.
The Bears had to work out of trouble in the bottom of the ninth. The score was 4-2, Brew City, with two out. Florida, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Ozzy Batty dug in at the plate, but on a 1-0 curveball, he flied out.
