Demons 6-2 Winners Versus Death Valley
The Detroit Demons topped the Death Valley Scorpions, 6-2, in Champions Conference action at Demon's Lair at Laser Park. The game was highlighted by the performance of Detroit third baseman Danger Dollarson. Detroit starter Pythagoras was credited with the win after throwing 99 pitches over 6 innings. His record now stands at 1-2. Detroit now sits at 25-19, while Death Valley falls to 31-13.

Alpha Nerd had a big 2-run home run for the Demons in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Detroit leading 3-2 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a fastball from Deviver Votto, who is tied for 5th in the Champions in wins with 5, and punished it. The result was his 12th home run of the season, which put the Demons on top, 5-2.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Dollarson.
