The Death Valley Scorpions defeated the New Orleans Rougarous, 8-1, at Cari Price Memorial Stadium. Death Valley catcher Daniel Plainview had a superb performance. He belted 3 home runs. The first-place Scorpions have won 4 consecutive games.

The fans who filled the stands at Cari Price Memorial Stadium to watch the Champions Conference action seemed to enjoy the game.
