						Apex Victorious at Cancun, 6-2
					 |

The Indianapolis Apex reigned over the Cancun Toros in damp conditions.
The Indianapolis Apex saddled the Cancun Toros with a loss at Coliseo Toros, presentado por VINS. The final score was 6-2. Chef Gagne was 3 for 4, including 2 singles and 1 home run. The Indianapolis shortstop scored 1 run and drove in 2. The Apex improved their record to 27-23 with the win over Cancun.
Indianapolis used a well-timed hit by Odin CheekiSon to capture the win. The second baseman socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Apex ahead, 4-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.
"It's nice to come out on top today," said Gagne.
