Despite a great performance by Kansas City first baseman Ford Lincoln-Mercury, the State College Swift Steeds defeated the Hepcats by the score of 7-4 at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. Lincoln-Mercury was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. So far, the 2068 season has been disappointing for Kansas City, now 7-10.
