Louisville Gets 10-5 Win
Though he had a stellar game, Kveta Vlková could not prevent his team, the Amarillo Armadillos, from losing, 10-5, to the Louisville Lemurs. Vlková went 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. Michel de Nostredame, the winning pitcher, improved to 2-1. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 5 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 2 and walking 3. The Armadillos fall to 9-11 and continue their sputtering start to the 2076 season.

Louisville used a clutch at-bat from Diego Machado to capture the win. The third baseman hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the third inning to put the Lemurs ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Louisville manager was pleased with the team's effort. "Our guys went out there and put good wood on the ball," he said.
