The Amarillo Armadillos beat the Puerto Rico Ranas, 12-5, at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium. Amarillo first baseman Marcus Bedard had an outstanding performance. He was 4 for 6 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3. The loss drops the Ranas to 8-12.

Ceiling Fan had a productive trip to the plate with one out in the top of the sixth inning. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, helping Amarillo to the win.
