The Amarillo Armadillos overcame a fine performance by Kansas City first baseman A.J. Justice to defeat the Hepcats, 6-4, at The Evil Dictator x Jose Forty-Three Best Friendship Ballpark. Justice went 3 for 5 with 3 singles. Trongle Man collected his 1st save. Despite the loss, Kansas City is still 16-5.

The Armadillos got a big hit from designated hitter Jordan Love. In the top of the fifth, Love pounded a 2-run home run to right. His 3rd home run of the season put the Armadillos ahead, 5-2.

"We'll build on this win," said Love.
