Louisville Hands Puerto Rico 4-1 Defeat

Louisville and Puerto Rico duked it out and the Lemurs came out victorious.
Louisville picked up a win at Kay Faraday Memorial Stadium, toppling the Puerto Rico Ranas, 4-1. Pitcher Ian Rubbish was one of the reasons the Lemurs triumphed. Rubbish got the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed 3 hits and walked 2 over 7.1 innings. Rubbish allowed 1 run.
Steven Moore Jr, the top prospect , had a direct impact on the outcome. Moore Jr contributed a 2-run home run in the top of the fifth inning to put Louisville up, 3-0.
"I felt we were ready to go," said Louisville manager . "Our pregame was pretty good."
Puerto Rico's current losing streak is now 4 games.
