The Cancun Toros beat the Vancouver Vandals, 7-3, at The Thunderdome. Cancun third baseman Tiernan O'Malrain banged out 1 single and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Pedro Martini picked up the win, improving his season record to 2-0. He struck out 7 in 7 innings. Lizzie WOOOOHOOOO wrapped it up, recording his 1st save.

O'Malrain contributed in the top of the second. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a run-scoring double. It was one at-bat among others that helped Cancun get the win.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," O'Malrain told the Cancun Herald.
