Swift Steeds Roll to 9-3 Win Over Armadillos

Andrew Berry Jr impressed in the 9-3 State College win over Amarillo. Berry Jr, who is tied for 7th in the MiLPBE in home runs with 6, was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. State College reliever Show Feet [BOT] picked up the win, upping his record to 2-0. Gritty [BOT] was saddled with the loss. With this game in the books, State College is 10-13, Amarillo 10-13.
Berry Jr broke a deadlock in the bottom of the eighth inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run, putting State College up, 4-3.
"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Berry Jr told the State College Chronicle.
