Wheelers Win at State College, 5-2

Anchorage Wheelers starter Warren Peace turned in an exceptional performance against the State College Swift Steeds at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium, resulting in a Anchorage win, 5-2. With the win, Anchorage raised its record to 13-10.
Ricardo Lomero II, the 22-year old designated hitter , had a direct impact on the outcome. Lomero II contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fourth inning to put Anchorage up, 4-1.
"It takes a lot of things to win a ballgame," said Anchorage manager . "It's usually not just one thing."
