The Amarillo Armadillos trumped the State College Swift Steeds , 10-3, at The Merchant Burrow. Amarillo first baseman Marcus Bedard was terrific. He went 2 for 5 with a home run, while scoring 3 times and driving in 4. UNUNUN AWOOOOOOORXT notched the win in relief. The left-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2 innings. His record now sits at 1-1. The second-place Armadillos have won 5 in a row.

Bedard had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a first pitch sinker from Nero Mantics, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Armadillos a 6-3 lead. It was the 3rd home run of the year for Bedard.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Bedard.
