Ranas Prevail, 7-5, Over Kansas City

Kansas City got a terrific game from first baseman Super Creek. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Puerto Rico, 7-5. Creek was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2. Kerr Mitt [BOT] recorded the save, his 1st. Despite the win, the Ranas have a lousy 3-23 record.
With one out in the top of the eighth, Mean President [BOT] had a game-changing hit. The Ranas center fielder slammed a run-scoring single off Porygon Two, making the score 7-5, Puerto Rico.
"We need to string a few more wins like this one together," said President [BOT].
