The Anchorage Wheelers defeated the Louisville Lemurs, 10-6. First Baseman Cameron Squires deserved a large share of the credit. Squires went 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 times and driving in 2 for the Wheelers. The win gives the Wheelers a record of 9-17.

Jackson Cheerios had a key at-bat with one out in the top of the fourth for Anchorage. With the bases loaded and the Wheelers leading 4-3, he got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run.

"I'm trying to see the ball big, see the ball up in the zone and put the barrel on it," Squires told the Anchorage Chronicle.
