Slime Sluggerton was instrumental in his team's 7-3 triumph over the Puerto Rico Ranas. The second baseman was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the Anchorage Wheelers. Anchorage reliever Brad Van de Hat got the win, raising his record to 1-1. Jean Girard [BOT] was tagged with the loss. Anchorage has now won 4 straight, while the Ranas have lost 9 in a row.
