Swift Steeds Upend Wheelers, 6-4
The State College Swift Steeds knocked off the Anchorage Wheelers, 6-4, in Minor League PBE action at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. State College pitcher and Dalby, Australia, native Li Tattersall had an outstanding performance. Cass Silskrumblin recorded the save, his 6th. The win elevated the Swift Steeds to 17-13.

State College relied on the hitting of Faye Tafo-Felia to pick up the win. The center fielder ripped a run-scoring single in the top of the fifth inning to put the Swift Steeds on top, 4-3. For the game, Tafo-Felia had 1 triple and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"We had a good game plan," Tattersall said, "and we were able to execute it."
