Bears Suffer 8-6 Home Defeat

Randy Pajamas was a major factor in the 8-6 Amarillo win over Brew City. The Armadillos right fielder went 3-4 with 3 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Pops Dongoria, the winner, improved to 4-2. He held the Bears to 5 runs on 6 hits over 5.2 innings, while striking out 2 and walking 2. Amarillo has a record of 15-16, placing them third in the West Division.
Pajamas had an important at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the eighth, when he hit a sacrifice fly. The Armadillos went on to win.
