Kingpins Win with Late Heroics
The Chicago Kingpins had to overcome a fine effort from Amarillo pitcher Hugh Jazz to win, 3-2, in 12 innings at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium. Jazz went 8 innings and allowed 2 runs. Chicago now owns a record of 14-18.

Sweet Sweet Ganjasmoke delivered a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the 12th to win it for the Kingpins. For the game, Ganjasmoke drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances.
