Hepcats Stick Kingpins with 5-2 Loss
|
The Kansas City Hepcats got a stellar effort from pitcher Michael Dion II, helping Kansas City score a win over the visiting Chicago Kingpins, 5-2. The Hepcats raised their record to 12-22.
With one out in the bottom of the third, Ford Lincoln-Mercury barreled up a sinker from Tom Wiggins. The result was a 2-run home run, putting the Hepcats in front, 4-0.
