Armadillos Pull Off Thrilling 7-3 Win in Extras
The Amarillo Armadillos topped the Brew City Bears, 7-3, in Minor League PBE action at Walter Partlo Memorial Stadium at The Tap House. The standout performance belonged to Amarillo pitcher and Toronto, Canada, native Harold Smith. The win gives Amarillo a season record of 21-13.

Kries Von Kriestalhauser, the 20-year old center fielder , had a direct impact on the outcome. Von Kriestalhauser contributed a 2-run single in the top of the 11th inning to put Amarillo up, 5-3.

"It was sure nice to get the win but there's a lot of baseball left," Von Kriestalhauser after the game.
