The Brew City Bears stormed past the Anchorage Wheelers, 13-8, at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo. Brew City designated hitterSrevor Tory , who is tied for 6th in the MiLPBE with a .509 slugging percentage, led the hit parade. He was 3 for 5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The win went to Lots-o'-Heineken Bear [BOT] in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Smoki Zazaki took the loss.

With Brew City leading 2-0 in the top of the second, Tory hit a cutter from Smoki Zazaki for a 2-run home run. It was his 5th home run of the season and put the Bears ahead, 4-0.
