California used a superb performance from starting pitcher Ingrid Keelhauler to down the Anchorage Wheelers, 3-1. The 4th-place Firehawks sport a record of 19-16.
Keelhauler was in the zone, shutting down Anchorage hitters over 7.1 innings. Keelhauler, who threw 79 pitches, allowed no runs on 3 hits. He also tallied 4 punchouts.
