A 4-RBI performance from designated hitter Cliff Plante, who is tied for 9th in the MiLPBE in runs scored with 24, led the Brew City Bears to a win over the Amarillo Armadillos, 6-2. The winner was Brew City reliever Whirlwind Von Helwick, now 1-1. The loser was UNUNUN AWOOOOOOORXT. With the win, Brew City upped its record to 18-17.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Plante hit a fastball from UNUNUN AWOOOOOOORXT for a grand slam home run. The Bears, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Plante said after the game.
