The Kansas City Hepcats topped the State College Swift Steeds , 4-1, in Minor League PBE action at The Evil Dictator x Jose Forty-Three Best Friendship Ballpark. The standout performance belonged to Kansas City pitcher and Brooklyn, New York, native Toby Ziegler. In 5.2 innings, Ziegler surrendered 4 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run.
