Flamingos Earn 3-0 Road Win Over Louisville
|
In a low-scoring affair between the Florida Flamingos and the Louisville Lemurs, pitcher Pedro Martini was the difference between victory and defeat. The Florida right-hander earned accolades in the 3-0 Flamingos win. Colt Falcon recorded the save for Florida, his 4th of the season. The Flamingos saw their record improve to 24-15.
An impactful at-bat came in the top of the third inning. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the batter, Malcolm Kell, reached on an error by the left fielder, driving in 1 run. It made the score 1-0, Florida, and helped them go on to win.
"We put together a nice win," Kell said.
