State College catcher Emidas Blair had a good game, even if his team did not. The Swift Steeds dropped a 5-4 decision to Amarillo at The Burrow Presented by the PBE Bigger Strange Pod. Blair went 2-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Amarillo reliever Trongle Man picked up the win, upping his record to 1-1. Tim Infinity took the loss. The win hiked the Amarillo record to 25-14.

The game was at a stalemate until left fielder Palin Drome came to bat in the bottom of the eighth. Facing State College pitcher Tim Infinity, he hit a full count fastball for a run-scoring single. It was a game-changer, putting Amarillo on top, 5-4.

"This was a good win," said Drome.
