A good performance from first baseman Man Squatch helped the Louisville Lemurs defeat the California Firehawks, 8-5. Squatch went 3-5 with a home run and 2 singles, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once for the Lemurs. Owain Gambit-Ahead got the win, improving to 4-0. He pitched 5.2 innings, giving up 5 hits and 2 runs, while striking out 7 and walking 4. Josh Harper earned the save for Louisville, his 5th of the year.

In the top of the first, Squatch pounced on a 1-0 fastball from Massive Unit and hit a 2-run home run. It put Louisville on top, 2-0.
