The Kansas City Hepcats rode a solid performance from 20-year-old starting pitcher Chih-Wei Lee to a win, beating the Brew City Bears, 5-1, at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good. Kansas City is now 23-17, Brew City 26-14.

Lee ran roughshod over the Brew City lineup. The right-hander allowed just 3 hits over 8 innings, while striking out 8. With the victory, he goes to 3-2 on the season.

"All in all, I thought Chih-Wei pitched a fine game for us tonight," said Kansas City manager .
