Rougarous Fall Short at Lunar Base, 4-3
The Lunar Base Space Rangers defeated the New Orleans Rougarous, 4-3, in part because of third baseman Notworth Afirst. Afirst was 2-3 with a home run and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for the Space Rangers. Cornelius George-Braxton, now 4-1, picked up the win in relief. He allowed 1 run on 2 hits in 2 innings. The Space Rangers sport a record of 14-42.

Afirst had a timely hit for Lunar Base in the bottom of the eighth. With Lunar Base trailing 3-0, he turned a 2-1 cutter into a grand slam home run. It was his 5th home run of the season, making it 4-3, Lunar Base.

After the game, Lunar Base manager applauded the team's effort. "We put some good AB's together," he said.
