Cancun Toros starter Center Fielder was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Death Valley Scorpions, 4-3. The winner was Cancun reliever Ryan Lee, now 4-3. The loser was Bandit Keith. Cancun raised its record to 28-13 with the win.

Cancun took a 4-3 lead on Feka Ohi Kau's 16th home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Death Valley pitcher Bandit Keith in the bottom of the eighth.
