Buffalo Surge starter J.C. Swishman pitched a strong game against the Providence Crabs at The Pot, leading the Surge to victory, 3-2. Buffalo is now 28-29, Providence 32-25.

Buffalo used a timely hit from D.W. Dogmaple to get the win. The left fielder stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put the Surge ahead, 3-2. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it made an impact.

"We'll pop the top on a cold beverage and get back to work tomorrow," Dogmaple said.
