Toros first baseman Carlton Beaty put his stamp on his team's 14-4 win over the Seattle Sea Serpents. Beaty hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice for Cancun in the contest. The victory gives Cancun a record of 33-26.

Myles Meredith had a big 2-run double for the Toros in the top of the first inning. With Cancun leading 1-0 and runners on 1st and 2nd, he got a curveball from Ivy de Vries, who finished 2nd in the Champions in wins with 17 in 2072, and swatted a double to left. It was his 14th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Toros ahead, 3-0.

"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Beaty told the Cancun Observer.
